Custom Woodworking Projects In Progress
It’s easy enough to post glamour shots of all of our finished pieces but we also want you to see all of the work that goes into what we’re building for you. From the milling of rough lumber to final finish work, hundreds of hours are dedicated to making your custom piece of furniture and exceeding your expectations.
Rough sawn 8/4 Ash is laid out to make a tabletop
After the millwork is complete, biscuits are cut to keep the tabletop flat and aligned
Tabletop is now glued and clamped to make a solid slab
Sometimes while a tabletop is glued and clamped, it becomes your workbench for other projects
The Ash table top has been removed from clamps and now it is time to start sanding. We make random pencil lines across the table top to make sure that it gets sanded evenly.
